CEO and creator of Dallas Hathcock Virtual. I am a hard-working mom of 2, married to her high school sweetheart born and raised in North Carolina. When I'm not working you’ll find me soaking up some sweet time with my family & working hard on our home-building process.

 After 5+ years of working for a corporation, and a drastic change of pace with a global pandemic - I made the scary decision to branch out on my own, and find joy in my everyday business ventures to help entrepreneurs take the next steps toward growing their businesses, and fully step back into the CEO role. I’m a true Type A personality - Enneagram 3, who LOVES operations, and organization. I officially decide to become a Certified Director of Operations in 2022, to more adequately have the ability to serve my clients and be the driving force behind the scenes, to allow them to put their full focus back on the front end, CEO, and ownership responsibilities. With a knack for strategic planning, I find success stepping in & helping business owners set guidelines & step-by-step plans toward finding the success they desire and are so deserving of.  

 It is my dynamic nature, warming personality, and entrepreneurship understanding that gives me the step up to help business owners find more joy, freedom, and structure in their daily mission.
